As the summer begins to draw to a close and the fall kickoff season approaches, ministry leaders turn their attention to recruiting and training their ministry volunteers. Typically, this means planning meetings, training events, lots of communication, recruiting appointments, background checks, more communication, team building, scheduling, additional communication, reserving rooms, securing teaching materials... oh, and did we mention communication? The result of all this activity often leaves ministry leaders and volunteers overwhelmed and stressed out before the "real ministry" begins.

Not this year. We're offering you an alternative.
Renew is a conference specifically designed for children's and worship arts ministry leaders and volunteers. It is brought to you by the Children's and Celebration Arts ministries of Princeton Alliance Church but is open to the broader community. Yes, there will be training, and yes, there will be equipping—but Renew offers much more. It's about energizing you for the year ahead. It's about empowering you in your ministry. It's about encouraging you in the fact that you aren't crazy for giving so much of yourself in ministry to others. You are making a difference. It is worth it.
