This week we have a wonderful gift for your elementary and older preschool kids that ultimately will be a gift to kids in Brazil. We will be providing these cool globe banks for them to place their spacial offering in as we collect money for Hope Unlimited in Brazil. This last our Crosswalk elementary kids wrote cards to 300 children in Brazil, as a way to create awareness and create tangible connections between us and the children of Hope Unlimited.

The plan is for kids to bring these banks back each week and empty them into desginated containers. We will continue collecting throughout this Christmas season and through the end of January which is our missions focus month.

This is a great way to to make Christmas count this year as you teach them to focus on giving to others. This is also a great opportunity to talk about missions and start to contemplate how you as a family can be involved next year.
