Baptism
What is Baptism?
Baptism is an act of obedience that identifies you with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. It is an external declaration of the internal reality that you have accepted Christ as your Savior and are a new creation in Him. Baptism is not a means of salvation; it does not wash away sin. Rather, it is a public profession of your faith.
Baptism is an important step in your relationship with Jesus. It is a sacred and beautiful opportunity to declare, "I want to live life to the fullest in Jesus Christ." You may have some questions. To start, please take a look at our Baptism FAQ (PDF).
If you'd like to be baptized or if you have questions not answered in the Baptism FAQ, email us or call 609.799.9000 x27. We welcome the opportunity to support you in this next step.
